For Prepaid International SIM cards:

The Fee charged includes one month plan charges with applicable offers applied, one time registration charges, logistics & GST.

There is no refund policy. Except for following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • If a shipment is delayed and not delivered prior to your travel and you are not willing to accept any alternate SIM delivery options- 100% Refund. If you do not receive delivery of SIM or eSIM from us subject to a complaint having been launched at contactus@btsonline.in or contactus@thegprs.com for the missing product

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For Post-paid International SIM Cards:

There are no charges taken upfront in India for Post-paid SIM cards, Hence there is No refund policy.

Important: A customer is supposed to have checked the compatibility of handsets before ordering an ESIM from our website, a request for refund is not entertained in case the handset used/to be used by the customer is not compatible with the ESIM. The details of handsets compatibility may be checked from our website https://canadasimcard.com/esim-compatible-phones-1

For Visa Services:     No Refund Policy

All fee charged is a service fee for Visa File Preparation and submission in the desired category of Visa. Visa fee is charged after Visa is filed. Login details are shared after receipt of Service Fee. We make best efforts in our knowledge in preparation of a Visa file. Success of Visa depends completely upon the final decision of the Visa Authority of the desired Country.

For All Other Services:

For all other services listed on our website, we only charge service fee.

While a customer submitted the Application and required documents for any service, it is regarded as a confirmed order from a customer with his/her due consent.

There is NO Refund, for cancellations of any services after submission of applications and documents.

For Products on BTS

Refundsare eligibleonly for the products , whose returns are approved on email.
